Alignment is the goal. Change is the side effect.

Yes, I've changed a ton. We all have. But what if change wasn't the goal? What if we unpacked the pressure and weight that goes along with needing to change - which reinforces that we're not good enough now, that we're not capable yet, that we have to do x, y and z to be worthy. What if instead of focusing on change, we simply focused on alignment? How can I be more aligned in this moment, in my life, in my day to day? How can I listen to my guidance and take action? What can I do less of? What can I release or take off my plate? What are the simple side steps that get me closer to the feelings I want to embody?
